Sick again =(

I think something is veri wrong with my health.... i am sick again.... today took a cab to work n after alighting, i vomited like hell.... till nw i am still vomiting... scared of eating food nw... cos watever goes in will come out immed.... y am i always sick.... i dun understand... i tried veri hard to take gd care of myself but things jux went wrong.... how can i bring my health back... pls tell me... i hate getting sick...n i hate letting my dear worry abt me. Two nites ago i cal KT in the middle of midnite... i think i mux have scare him to death... i tot i was dying so i called him... cos i am afraid tat if something happen to me he will be the last one to noe.. n tats nt wat i wan... i wan him to be thr 1st wan to noe everything abt me... but luckily i didnt die... really hope i can get better.... n stay healthy... god pls bless me!!!!!
