Can't help feeling sad....

Tomolo i will be having dinner with my colleagues to celebrate my birthday... But KT won;t be joining us for dinner cos he chose to have dinner with his colleagues. For the past few days i have been asking myself am i veri impt to KT? How come he chose his colleague rather den me? Tomolo Germ, Xiaolong, Grace, Angie, Stancy n Vivian will be there for dinner. Wat am i suppose to ans if they ask me how come KT is nt around. How am i suppose to ans them??? Tell them he chose is colleagues instead of me??? I really dunno... God pls tell me wat shld i do... Or pls bless tat they dun ask abt him tomolo....
